On Thursday, 5 March 2026, the WorldSkills competition in mechatronics was held, at which our student Borna Borda achieved an excellent result, finishing fourth.
He prepared for the competition with the support of his mentors Tin Petrnel and Marin Širol, who guided him through professional preparation and work on complex mechatronic tasks. The preparation took place in the specialised classrooms of the Regional Centre of Competence (RCK) Velika Gorica, where students were able to work on modern equipment and improve their practical knowledge and skills.
This result confirms the quality of the work of students and mentors and the importance of investing in practical education and modern learning conditions. We congratulate Borna and his mentors on their success and wish them every success in their further work and future competitions.
