The Regional Centre of Competence – Industry 4.0 has modern production and measuring equipment and specialist engineers. We offer companies and craftsmen the production of parts and prototypes, measurement and testing, and staff training – from single pieces to small series.
CNC machining
Milling on 5-axis and 3-axis CNC machining centres, turning on a CNC lathe and tool grinding. We make single parts, prototypes, fixtures and small series from your drawing or 3D model.
Electrical discharge machining (EDM)
Wire EDM and sinker EDM for precise contours, holes and shapes in hard and hardened materials, including the required clamping fixtures.
3D scanning, reverse engineering and 3D printing
We scan a damaged or undocumented part, create its 3D model and drawing, and produce it by machining or additive manufacturing (FDM, PolyJet, SLS), for example from fibre-reinforced engineering materials.
Measurement, heat treatment and material testing
Dimensional and form inspection on a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), heat treatment of metals and testing of material properties – as a separate service or as part of production.

- Production and delivery: we produce, measure and deliver the parts, with a measurement report when needed.
